Fresh, modern, and easy to enjoy. Val d'Anima is Raimat's take on a balanced, fruit-filled organic red. The nose highlights forest fruits and light hints of sweet spices. The palate is smooth, with good acidity and a clean finish that invites you to continue. It's the typical wine that requires no ceremony, perfect for accompanying tapas or an informal meal.
V ariety: 80% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Tempranillo
Aging: In the winery, the grapes are cooled to 15°C. For fermentation, the grapes are divided into two parts. On the one hand, a fresh and fruity wine profile is achieved by keeping the grapes at a low temperature for 24-48 hours and carrying out fermentation at 25°C. The remaining grapes are fermented at a higher temperature, achieving greater texture and complexity in the wine. Once fermentation is complete, the final blend of the two parts is performed.
