Ramón Bilbao Verdejo

A white wine with a modern character and a great deal of elegance. The nose combines notes of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, with a light touch of fresh herbs. The palate is balanced, with good structure and lively acidity that provides freshness. Its finish is long and clean, with a very attractive mineral note. Ideal with seafood, white fish, or mild rice dishes.
